Can you briefly describe your business, treatments offered, and how long you’ve been working with professional skincare?
We have a beauty salon in the Kent countryside, massage, facials, nails, waxing, Japanese head spa, basically everything beauty wise. I have been working with professional skin care for about 12 years now
What made you choose Floragy Pro, and what were you looking for in a professional range?
We wanted to support a local business but was looking for an organic brand, nothing over priced but beautiful natural products that get results and I can definitely say we found that in Floragy. We didn’t want a huge range of products but enough to cater for different skin types.
How do the products perform during facials (texture, slip, absorption, results across different skin types)?
Products work really well during facials, all have good slip, the absorption is really good doesn’t leave the skin greasy at all which is lovely.
What feedback have you received from clients since using Floragy Pro, and have you noticed any changes in results, rebooking or trust?
Our clients love the products, we changed from eminence which are quite scented so that’s the only comments we have had is they don’t smell as strong but we’ve had very positive feedback with everything else and actually the scent isn’t a major issue as they love the smell of the moisturisers! I would say we do more facials now then we have done for a good few years.
How have Floragy products translated from treatment room to retail, and how do they align with your brand values and aesthetic of the PRO range?
We have definitely found it easy to sell as price point is amazing, our clients love that they don’t have to spend loads on an amazing product! I love the look of the pro range and definitely fits our aesthetic really well! We love that they are completely natural as that’s what we are all about.
